DPC Schedule for Time Bound Promotion has already been declared. All the executives who are due for TBP should take their initiative and check that their CR and vigilance report reaches Circle Office. Respective DS are requested to coordinate with members and admin section so that no CR and other documents required are left. In this DPC all the GE JTOs of Batch 2005 are to be covered for E1 to E2 up gradation. The lunch hour demonstration started at the scheduled time of 01:30 pm 15th Sep 2011. At Bhopal it was our pleasure to have our respected General secretary. Circle Management is continuously delaying our issues, specially GM (A) is intentionally targeting DR executives of MP. Everytime he seeks clarification for delaying our issues, non-settlement of transfers cases of our members, no TBP orders etc making us to opt for agitational path. CS AIGETOA MP CIRCLE Shri S K Gupta along with CFS Pavan Akhand, CWC Shri S K Pathak, CP Shri M K Soni, DP Shri Sachin Rawalkar, DFS Shri Arvind Gupta, AFS Shri KG Garhpandey, Shri Pankaj Prabhakar met with CGMT MP Telecom Circle Shri N K Yadav on 23rd August 2011 and shown strong resentment over ongoing deliberate attempt of GM (Admin) Sh Prabhash Singh on pretext of non-sense clarifications from corporate office to delay in release first time bound upgradation as on crossing the minimum of next scale as per EPP and clarified by corporate office in march 2011.CGMT had taken the matter seriously and instructed admin to release the orders at the earliest but GM Sahab still wants time for at least two months. CS AIGETOA strongly objected such anti-direct recruits act of GM (Admin) Sh Prabhash Singh and requested CGMT to issue the arrear within week with interest else this association will be forced to resort agitational activity. Association also demanded immediate transfer of Sh Prabhash Singh from the post of GM (Admin) as he has already passed more than six years against the transfer policy and acting in most irresponsible ways specially against the interest of direct recruits execuitves.

AIGETOA MP would always back issues that benefit the country. Viewing the scenario of Anna Movement , CS MP Telecom Circle Shri S K Gupta had a telephonic conversation with Shri Amit Roy AGS CHQ AIGETOA early this morning. CS conveyed him that AIGETOA MP supports Anna Movement and as a solidarity AIGETOA MP wants to be part of it. Analyzing the issue, AIGETOA MP has decided to arrange for the fooding for the people who are present there. On behalf of AIGETOA MP, CS  told Shri Amit Roy to arrange for the delivery of 200 packets of bread and 200 packets of biscuits with tea and water at the locations where people are present in support of Anna. AGS CHQ AIGETOA assured that these food materials will be delivered and he made arrangements for delivery of these items which has been distributed this morning. However we feel that this small token is a drop in ocean but is also aware that a drop and drop fills the tub.

On the occasion of Independence Day, CGMT MP Telecom Circle Shri N K Yadav has taken a great initiative in which all the employees of Circle Office and Bhopal SSA assembled at Telecom Museum Arera Hills after Flag Hoisting. Function was organized at Telecom Museum Arera Hills Bhopal which was preceded by CGMT MP Telecom circle. Various Program were conducted which included Awareness Quiz, Slogan Writing , Poem Writing and Lucky Draw. All the executives of  Bhopal participated equally in the contest and few were able to fetch the prize.Some of the name who got prize are Shri Vinit Sinha, Shri MK Soni, Shri Sachin Sonkusre, Shri Salil Bhagat, Shri Mayank Tripathi, Shri Alok Shrivastava, Shri GR Deshmukh, Shri KK Sharma, Shri Sabir Hussain, Shri Sanjay Datar and Shri Santosh Khare. Issues of executives of TDM Chhatarpur

As per appeal made by AIGETOA MP regarding settling the issues through mutual discussion, all executives of SSA Chhatarpur met with TDM Chhatarpur and detailed discussion were done by both sides and all executives came out with solution of keeping BSNL as their utmost priority and things are going to be sorted out within few weeks. All executives joined duty on 04th July 2011. While on other side, one of the so called majority association gave several trade union letters to Circle Management when the whole issue was in knowledge of GMTD Gwalior and was already in the process for settlement of issues. Then why trade union activity notice were given, hereby disturbing harmony and working of BSNL executives at this juncture.

A few days before during some discussion of TDM Chatarpur Shri AS Rajput with Shri M K Chanda CAO Chatarpur ,CAO hospitalized and all executives of Chhatarpur were on mass CL on 1st and 2nd July 2011.Whole episode of Chhatarpur were analysed by Circle Body of AIGETOA MP and we are in view that whole issue can be solved by all executives of Chhatarpur by mutual discussion with TDM Chhatarpur. As we all are committed to MISSION 90 days given by our CGMT Shri NK Yadav Sir, we all should solve our in house problem by negotiation not by confrontation, so that services of BSNL can be continued without any failure.

The committee comprising of PGM (Finance), Sr. GM (Pers), Sr. GM (Estt), Sr. GM (SR) and GM (EF) had an extensive discussion on the resolution of Pay-Anomaly issue of batches after 2006 and other issues submitted by AIGETOA. The committee has given a firm and positive assurance on the resolution of all the issues in a time bound manner. The committee also requested for calling off of our proposed Dharna on 4th March in view of the positive approach taken by the management on most of the issues . In fact committee has already started working towards the final resolution of the issues.

ONGC was the top investor among PSUs besides being the number one profit making state-run firm in 2009-10.Loss-making BSNL is the second among the highest PSU investors, according to a government survey.Investment in terms of gross block (assets) for ONGC stood at Rs. 1.71 lakh crore in 2009-10 and its net profit was Rs. 16,785 crore, Public Enterprises survey revealed.BSNL’s investment on the same lines was Rs. 1.66 lakh crore, despite a huge loss of Rs. 1,657 crore that the company suffered last fiscal. A lunch hour demonstration looms at the Circle Office Bhopal and other SSA headquarters against the biased attitude of BSNL Management towards the Direct Recruited executives of BSNL and failure to resolve the issues of Direct Recruits. AIGETOA Executives gathered at the Circle Office Campus and all other SSA HQs to demonstrate and discuss a possible strike on 04rd March.There was huge gathering at other SSA HQs also as reported by respective DS. CS MP Telecom Circle Serves notice to CGMT MP Telecom Circle regarding organizational Action against the biased attitude of BSNL Management towards the Direct Recruited executives of BSNL and failure to resolve the issues of Direct Recruits.

This association is not going to accept any degradation of pay scales i.e. anything less than E2 for JTO/JAO and E3 for SDE/AO is not acceptable and the association can react immediately without prior notice if management makes any move towards the degradation of Pay Scales. AIGETOA CHQ has already taken this issue and resolution have been passed regarding this in recently conducted CEC in Kolkata. For resolution Click Here.

In the recently conducted CEC in Kolkata , our circle secretary has taken up the issue regarding  Gratuity Rules for direct recruited executives. It was very surprising to know that many of the executives are not even aware of Gratuity Rules. AIGETOA MP has previously also asked every executives to fill their gratuity and nomination forms. ALTTC Ghaziabad is conducting a web based training course on networking from 7th Jan 2011 to 11th Feb 2011. All the interested candidate should send an email to hkmakkar@bsnl.co.in, omendra@bsnl.co.in or   d_chakravarty@bsnl.co.in for nomination and get the details of session and configuration of their PCs.
